The power match: Feem & microfibre cloths

Feem Active Cleaner can serve all purposes in and around the house. But just like every superhero, Feem needs a sidekick to fight stubborn dirt: microfibre cloths. These can save you a lot of time!

Microfibre cloths are called the ‘revolution in the home’ and have become an indispensable item in every cleaning cupboard. They consist of microscopic polyester and polyamide fibres, which are ten times thinner than human hair. This gives the cloth the capacity to absorb a lot of liquid. By rubbing the cloth, you create static electricity, which attracts the dirt to the fibres.

A microfibre cloth is designed to clean smooth surfaces like doors, tables, cupboards, glass and screens. It can be used as a cleaning cloth, a dust cloth and a drying cloth for glasses. These cloths can go into the washing machine but it’s strongly advised not to use fabric softener as this can reduce the efficiency of the cloth.

They are available in different measurements, shapes, price classes and colours. We recommend using a different colour for each type of cleaning chore. Often switch sides by folding them. You change them as soon as every side has been used.

It’s best to use the cloths when they’re moist, but you can also use them dry to clean with. In that case, they replace the classic dust cloths.

Our tips:

  • Dry your glasses with a microfibre cloth - it will make them shine
  • Wipe your windows with a clean microfibre cloth to avoid stripes.
  • Clean your stove right after cooking with a wet microfibre cloth.
  • Don’t apply force when cleaning with a microfibre cloth, because that can damage or scratch your delicate materials.
