Terms and Conditions
Article 1: General Provisions
The e-commerce website feem.be, operated by Feem Group bv, located at Koningin Elisabethlei 2, B-2018 Antwerp, Belgium, VAT BE 0770 859 394, offers its customers the possibility to purchase products online through its webshop. These General Terms and Conditions apply to every order placed by a visitor to this e-commerce website (Customer). When placing an order via the webshop of feem.be, the Customer must explicitly accept these Terms and Conditions, thereby agreeing to their applicability, excluding any other conditions. Additional conditions from the Customer are excluded unless Feem.be has accepted them in writing, explicitly, and in advance.
Article 2: Price
All prices listed are expressed in EURO, always including VAT and all other taxes or charges that the Customer is obliged to bear. The delivery costs are charged separately and clearly stated. The price indication applies only to the articles as described in words. Any accompanying photos are for decorative purposes and may include elements not included in the price.
Article 3: Offer
Even though the online catalog and e-commerce website have been compiled with the utmost care, it is still possible that the information provided is incomplete, contains material errors, or is not up to date. Apparent errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind Feem.be. Feem.be is only bound to an obligation of means for the accuracy and completeness of the offered information. Feem.be is not liable for any apparent material errors, typesetting, or printing errors. If the customer has specific questions about, for instance, sizes, colors, availability, delivery terms, or delivery methods, we request that the Customer contact our customer service in advance. The offer is valid while supplies last and may be modified or withdrawn by Feem.be at any time. Feem.be cannot be held liable for the unavailability of a product. If an offer has a limited validity period or is subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated in the offer.
Article 4: Online Purchases*
The customer has the option to choose among the following payment methods:
- via credit card
- via debit card
- via transfer to account number BE87 3632 1291 0794
- cash on delivery (You pay your order upon receipt to the courier. An additional cost of €5.00 is charged for this method.)
Feem.be is entitled to refuse an order because of a serious shortcoming by the Customer with respect to orders in which the Customer is involved.
Article 5: Delivery and Execution of the Agreement
Articles ordered through this webshop are delivered in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Germany, Great Britain, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Austria, Finland, Poland, Portugal, Greece, Ireland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Croatia. Deliveries to other destinations can only be considered upon a written request from the customer. A fixed shipping cost is charged. The shipping cost for deliveries within the Benelux is €5.50; for all other countries, it is €24.50. Within the Benelux, free shipping is available for orders from €59. For all other countries, free shipping is available for orders over €100.
Orders are processed after payment is received. For orders to the Benelux, Feem.be aims to deliver within 3 working days after receipt of payment. For all other countries, we try to deliver within 5 working days after payment is received. However, we cannot guarantee this, as we depend on a courier service for deliveries.
Any visible damage and/or qualitative deficiency of an article or any other shortcoming in delivery must be reported immediately by the Customer to Feem.be. The risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer from the moment he (or a third party appointed by him, who is not the carrier) has acquired physical possession of the goods. However, the risk already passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier if the carrier's assignment was given by the Customer and this option was not offered by Feem.be.
Article 6: Retention of Title
The delivered articles remain the exclusive property of Feem.be until fully paid for by the Customer. The customer agrees, if necessary, to inform third parties of Feem.be’s retention of title, e.g., anyone who would seize the not yet fully paid items.
Article 7: Right of Withdrawal
The provisions of this article only apply to Customers who purchase articles online from Feem.be in their capacity as consumers. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without providing any reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which the customer or a third party appointed by the customer, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform Feem Group bv, Koningin Elisabethlei 2, B-2018 Antwerp, Belgium, info@feem.be, tel: 0032(0)3303 79 22, of his decision to withdraw from the contract via an unequivocal statement (e.g., in writing by post, fax, or e-mail). The Customer may use the attached model withdrawal form but is not obliged to do so.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, the Customer must send his communication concerning his exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. The Customer must return or hand over the goods to Feem Group bv, Koningin Elisabethlei 2, B-2018 Antwerp, Belgium, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which he communicated his decision to withdraw from the contract to Feem.be. The Customer is on time if he returns the goods before the period of 14 calendar days has expired.
The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the Customer. If the returned product is in any way diminished in value, Feem.be reserves the right to hold the Customer liable and claim compensation for any depreciation of the goods resulting from the customer's use of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Only articles that are in their original packaging, along with all accessories, instructions for use, and invoice or proof of purchase, can be returned.
If the Customer withdraws from the contract, Feem.be will refund all payments received from the Customer up to that time, including the standard delivery costs, to the Customer within a maximum of 14 calendar days after Feem.be has been notified of the Customer's decision to withdraw from the contract. For sales contracts, Feem.be may withhold the refund until it has received all the goods back or until the Customer has proved that he has returned the goods, whichever is earlier. Feem.be will refund the Customer using the same payment method with which the Customer made the original transaction unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, the Customer will not be charged for such reimbursement.
Article 8: Warranty
Pursuant to the Law of 21 September 2004 on the Protection of Consumers in respect of the Sale of Consumer Goods, consumers have legal rights. This legal warranty applies from the date of delivery to the first owner. Any commercial warranty does not affect these rights. To make a warranty claim, the Customer must be able to provide proof of purchase. Customers are advised to keep the original packaging of the goods.
For articles purchased online and delivered to the Customer’s home, the Customer should contact feem.be customer service and return the article at their own expense to feem.be. In the event a defect is discovered, the Customer must inform feem.be as soon as possible. In any case, any defect must be reported by the Customer within two months after its discovery. After this period, any right to repair or replacement lapses.
The (commercial and/or statutory) warranty never applies to defects arising as a result of accidents, neglect, falls, use of the article contrary to the purpose for which it was designed, failure to comply with the instructions for use or manual, adjustments or changes to the article, harsh use, poor maintenance, or any other abnormal or incorrect use. Defects that manifest themselves after a period of six months following the date of purchase, if applicable, delivery, are not considered hidden defects, unless the Customer proves otherwise.

Article 10: Sanctions for Non-Payment
Without prejudice to the exercise of other rights due to feem.be, in the event of non-payment or late payment from the date of default, the Customer is legally liable, without notice, to pay an interest of 10% per year on the unpaid amount. Additionally, the Customer is legally liable, without notice, to pay a flat-rate compensation of 10% on the amount concerned, with a minimum of 25 euros per invoice. Without prejudice to the foregoing, Feem.be reserves the right to reclaim the not (fully) paid articles.
Article 11: Privacy
The data controller, Feem.be, respects the Belgian law of December 8, 1992, regarding the protection of privacy in the processing of personal data. The personal information you provide will only be used for the following purposes: the execution of the concluded agreement, processing the order, sending newsletters, advertising, and/or marketing purposes.
