Avoid overloading your wrists
Whilst wringing your mop, you can overload your wrists and joints. Make sure you use the right techniques while doing this.
- Technique 1: Take the mop in your hands, with both palms aimed upwards. Squeeze it well and make a cross with your hands so one hand is above the other whilst wringing it.
- Technique 2: Close your hands around the mop vertically and put one hand above the other. Keep both of your arms bent. Turn both your hands in an opposite direction and stretch your arms while doing so.
